What we collect

When you email [email protected] to arrange a donation drop-off, book a pickup, or ask about a corporate clothing drive, we receive whatever you include in that email: usually your name, your email address, and — for pickups — the address where we should collect. We do not run advertising pixels, third-party cookies, or any tracker that identifies you. A small anonymous first-party beacon reports page-speed metrics and visit statistics — which pages are read, how far people scroll, and where visitors arrive from (no personal data, no identifiers, and it stays silent if your browser sends Do-Not-Track or Global Privacy Control).

How we use it

Only to coordinate your donation, pickup, or partnership: replying to you, scheduling collection, and keeping a record of the arrangement. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact details with anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

How long we keep it

Emails are kept as long as needed to run the donation programme and meet ordinary record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Ask us at any time to delete correspondence about you and we will.
