What we take
Clean, gently used, for adults and children.
If someone would be glad to wear it, we want it. If it's worn out, we can't responsibly send it on — but nothing usable is ever wasted.
Please donate
- Adults' and children's clothing in good condition
- Clean items — washed before you drop them off
- Seasonal wear: coats, sweaters, and layers
- Shoes and accessories that still have life in them
Please don't
- Torn, heavily stained, or unsafe items
- Wet or mildewed clothing
- Undergarments that can't be reused hygienically
- Anything you wouldn't hand to a friend
Two ways to give
Drop it off, or book a pickup.
Drop-off
Bring a bag to one of our Vancouver drop-off locations — no appointment, no paperwork, no information needed from you at all. Location details are confirmed at launch.
Pickup
Have a lot to give, or can't make it to a drop-off? Email us and we'll arrange to collect it. Tell us your neighbourhood and roughly how many bags.
Running a workplace collection? Companies can host a clothing drive with us — see how corporate drives work.

What clothing can I donate?
Gently used, clean clothing for adults and children — in good enough condition that someone would be glad to wear it. We can't take items that are torn, heavily stained, or unsafe to reuse, but nothing usable is ever wasted.
Where do the donated clothes go?
They're hand-sorted in Vancouver, then shipped to partner communities in Uganda, where quality clothing reaches people who need it. You can follow the whole route — nothing disappears into a black box.
How does this support people in recovery?
Our sorting team are people rebuilding their lives in recovery, doing meaningful paid work. Every item is quality-checked by hand before it's packed. Your donation is what makes that work possible.
Can my company partner on a clothing drive?
Yes. Companies host workplace clothing drives with us — we handle collection, hand-sorting, and impact reporting for your CSR programme. One drive clothes people, funds paid work on the sorting line, and keeps usable clothing out of the landfill. Email us to start one.
